Are these tools really free?
Yes. No email, no account, no blurred half-report. The site-scan tools use the same engine as the full AuditLamp audit, capped to a single-page free preview. The in-browser tools run entirely on your machine; we could not see what you paste even if we wanted to. We make money on the full audit and its fixes, not on your inbox.
How are these different from the full AuditLamp audit?
Each tool answers one question about one page: can AI crawlers read you, will your snippet truncate, does your schema parse. The full audit runs every documented check across your site at once, ranks what is costing you the most, and tells you what to fix first. Start with a tool, run the full audit when you want the whole picture.
Do I need all fourteen?
No. If you only run one, run the one matching your worry: not showing up in ChatGPT answers, start with the GEO audit; losing the answer box on Google, start with the AEO checker; a competitor outranking you, start with You vs Them.
Do you store the URLs or content I submit?
The in-browser tools (snippet preview, schema checker, the llms.txt generator's editor, the paste-a-paragraph test) send nothing to our servers. The site-scan tools fetch your public pages the way a crawler would; we do not sell scan data or build lists from it.
Will these tools ever tell me to buy something to pass?
No. Every check is grounded in official documentation, and when something is optional we say so plainly. The llms.txt generator, for example, tells you up front that Google does not require llms.txt. An honest "you are fine" is a valid result.
